Training
Needs Analysis
We can assist you in many ways either by training your staff to
carry out a TNA (training needs analysis) or by doing the whole
lot for you by identifying through a variety of methods what training
your staff need right now and what they are likely to need in
the future. Methods such as tailored questionnaires, interviews,
and observation can be used in conjunction with your own standards
and goals, and once there we can work with you on how we might
go about `selling` the idea of training to the staff!

| Evaluation
This is possibly the hardest and the most important of all aspects
of training especially in a world where the Training Officer is
more and more being asked to justify budgets!
We can help you explore all the options available and arrive at
the most cost effective method for you. In addition to this we can
identify how your organisation might put your training forward for
a National Training Award which places heavy emphasis upon evaluation! |
Research
We are continually researching different approaches to training
and the effectiveness of various techniques in order to pass on
the results and findings to our clients. We are currently researching
key elements of customer care and can also carry out research for
your organisation. Our highly skilled team are experienced researchers
in their own right and can take the strain by helping your organisation
gets the results it wants. |
